You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your region, if higher) to play. Don’t use the game if you do not meet this requirement.

You can play as a guest or with an account. You are responsible for activity under your session or account. Keep your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

You agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate scores or the leaderboard;
• automate play, script, or use bots;
• reverse-engineer, tamper with, or attempt to access server-side game state, seeds, or scoring logic;
• disrupt, overload, or attack the service; or
• submit offensive or infringing content (e.g. hero names).

Legend Forge is a roguelite: when a hero dies, that loss is permanent and intended. It is a game-design feature, not a defect, and is not reversible. Play accordingly.

You retain ownership of names and choices you enter, and you grant us a license to display them in-game and on the leaderboard. Keep them appropriate; we may remove content that violates these terms.

The game is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and progress may be affected by maintenance, balance changes, or outages.
